Carrier & Service
All Apex Laboratory orders ship via USPS with standard tracked service to all 50 US states. Once a package is handed to USPS, typical in-transit time is about 2–5 business days depending on the destination region, with addresses farther from the dispatch point generally taking the upper end of that range. Transit time is in addition to handling time below, and USPS does not deliver on Sundays or US federal holidays.
Handling Time & Order Cutoff
Orders ship the same business day that payment processes, provided payment clears before our daily order cutoff of 2:00 PM ET. Orders that clear after the cutoff, or on weekends or US federal holidays, are dispatched the next business day. If anything will delay an order we notify you by email.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number emailed at the time of dispatch, so you can follow the shipment from hand-off to delivery.
Coverage & International Orders
Apex Laboratory currently ships to domestic US addresses only and does not ship internationally at this time. We see research interest from the United Kingdom, the UAE, and other regions; if you are an international researcher, please check back, as shipping coverage may expand. Until then, orders must be placed to a US shipping address.
Shipping Rate
Standard shipping is $9.99 on most orders. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the order.

What time is the daily order cutoff?
2:00 PM ET. Orders with payment cleared before the cutoff on a business day ship that same day; later orders ship the next business day.
How long will delivery take?
Same-day handling before the cutoff plus roughly 2–5 business days in USPS transit, so most domestic orders arrive within about a week of clearing payment.
Do you ship to the UK, UAE, or other countries?
Not at this time — shipping is limited to US addresses. International researchers should check back for coverage updates.
